"Nice car, poor driving. Jayesh was over 2 hours late for pick up. He gave an excuse after he arrived, though. The driving was poor and risky. I wonder how he got his driving license. Even though it was late at night and rainy, no passengers could sleep on the trip as we have to contribute to his driving, including following the map to turn correctly. He swerved off his lane on a couple of times. I never saw a driver like him before. Jayesh's response: This review is not accurate. The trip was completed safely despite bad weather, and I even dropped the passenger at his home — a stop not listed in my trip — purely to ensure comfort and safety. I always treat passengers with respect, but it’s disappointing when someone expects the driver to follow personal orders rather than the planned route. My record reflects professionalism and care toward every rider."
