"Sebastien was on time and polite, but the ride was uncomfortable. I informed him in advance about my luggage, yet the trunk was full, forcing bags inside the car. Although I was told another passenger would join, I was also told only the two of us would sit in the back seat, but luggage and ski equipment occupied the middle, making it cramped. The driver also checked his phone while driving and kept his backpack between his legs, raising safety concerns. This should have been communicated more clearly."
