"Booked this ride because the pickup location was listed as Lonsdale Quay. After booking, the driver messaged me saying he couldn’t pick me up there and asked me to take a bus to another location. I rushed to catch the bus because I had planned my timing around that pickup. Later he ended up picking up another passenger at Lonsdale Quay anyway and we even drove back there after I got in the car. The ride itself was fine, but the pickup situation was frustrating and inconsistent."
