"I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but Jaideep was 40 minutes late to this ride, which, we understand, shit happens sometimes. He let me know 15 minutes before the ride that he was going to be 20 minutes late, but then he was another 15-20 minutes late. The worst was that the music in the car was SO loud it felt like being at a club, even with my noise cancelling earphones it was hard to listen to my podcast. I asked him to turn it down and he did to a reasonable loud level, but then after a few minutes increased again. The driving was a little erratic as well, going 100km at 60km zones with some decent curves, and he was looking down at his phone quite often. Even if it hadn’t been for being late I personally wouldn’t take this ride again."
