"Pros: -On time at the departure location. -Clean and spacious car. -Communication was clear. Con: -He drives quite fast which is fine but makes sudden break moves which made me quite nauseous. He also swirls a lot even though he is not frequently changing lanes. -He talks loudly on the phone occasionally which is also fine to me but he had asked everyone not to do just that which makes it a bit disrespectful. -He ride took a total of 6h30 approximately, we lost a lot of time going from Union station to a Yorkdale mall. -He seemed rather straightforward to a passenger as if he gave him orders. It could sound rude to some. Over all, I personally wouldn't drive with him again but he isn't that bad. I didn't feel in danger."

"The car is due for a AC filter change, as it was smelling of stale saliva and sweat and I got nauseous within the first hour of the ride. He leaves Union at 2:30 at picks the least efficient route to get to Yorkdale mall in the narrow roads of residential noughbourhood, first of all why go there when it's in the opposite way of Montréal: the destination. It took one hour from Union just to to get to Yorkdale and the frequent stops in traffic combined with the smell in the car was awful. We were given two breaks during the 8hour ride, but they were 25 minutes apart which makes no sense. It usually takes 6 hours by the way. Finally, when arriving in Montréal, I had fallen asleep with my headphones on and I realized that the Namur stop was skipped. I asked the driver about it and he was very hostile in his response saying. Every other driver I've had on this app usually asks me where I'm getting off, this one did not communicate anything beforehand and it was listed as one of the two stops in Montréal so I thought he was just going to stick with it. How are you supposed to be in that long of a car ride and not wear headphones, how do I know to expect that the driver is going to talk to me when I am seated all the way in the back of a van? I had a ride waiting for me at Namur and I had to travel back to Namur by metro at 10PM exhausted so I basically got f***** for trusting this person. Also, when I got in the car he asked me if I was with someone and when I said no, he told me to switch my seats to a worse one with less leg room and seat space, and he just commanded me and kept insisting. Mind you there was only one other person in the car at that point and I specifically travelled to the first pick up point at Union and arrived earlier to secure a seat I liked. He said the people getting in (they were late btw) were together, I said no until the other person stepped in and sat next to me. Honestly a terrible experience and I will never ride with him again. Oh and he also says "No Loud Phone Conversation" but then he talks to an insurance agent through the speaker about an accident he was involved in recently and we all had to listen to the whole conversation. Talk about hypocrisy."
