"This trip wasn’t a very good experience. Was asked to cancel before 20 min of departure because he was running late as he said. He then called again and said he will be there. Had to wait extra 15 min in the car for other passengers, then he went to the airport to pick up another passenger without informing me us. One of my worse experiences on this app."
