Yes I did use the phone using the speaker because that’s what we supposed to do and i didn’t have my headphones. Also you requested the front seat and you were wearing your AirPods not sure how my calls bothered you. Before starting the ride I have mentioned I will be making few calls. You mentioned about safety I wish you could have paid attention to the weather conditions it was heavy wind and blowing snow. Still I brought you home safe. My past passenger reviews are good example for my safe drive . I request if these are problems for you kindly take a private transport or taxi. Rideshare providers has errands to run. I will also like mention if you felt unsafe during you should notify right away not after the ride. This is why I feel your review lack honesty and integrity. I also request the drivers to be aware before accepting ride requests from passengers like you. Reason for my calls : In Srilanka heavy flood caused people displaced and lost their some of my extended family members also got affected."
