"He was nice, and a safe driver. However, my problem is, there’s a communication barrier as he only speaks french and very little English. I had to call to confirm where pick-up location is and I had to speak to someone else to understand that his pick up location details and the actual pick up location are 2 different areas (details for the ride says cote-vertu, but actual spot is at McDonalds which is fine but I had to call to double-check this). Another issue: 4 booked riders which include me but there were 8 of us in total 😭 He was late for 30 minutes. Pick up was for 12:30, but he didn’t message until 12:46 to let me know he would take another 10-15 minutes. He arrived at 1:03pm. Can’t imagine all this if it was winter, and passenger and driver are not understanding each other. Supposed to arrive 5:30pm at drop off location but did not reach until 6:40pm. Really upsetting. Stars: 3.5 (because he’s nice and his driving was safe)"
