"4.5 hours from Montreal to Ottawa. Worst Poparide experience of my life. He took us on an unplanned detour to Longeuil to pick up a passenger, which added 1.5 hours to the trip. Please note that Longeuil is in the direct opposite direction to Ottawa. The clear path would have obviously been to pick up this passenger BEFORE everyone else downtown. Next, after confirming with him that he would be stopping at one of the drop-off points HE LISTED in the trip description, he informed me literally as we were passing the exit that he wouldn’t be stopping there because we were late. Imagine that. We had to argue with him to take us back and he refused and refused until it was far too late and we were in downtown Ottawa. Then he turned around and brought us where we originally were meant to go. God awful experience. I have not felt that level of anger in years. Horrible communication and decision-making. I wish I could get my money back."

"Very disappointing journey. The departure was at 2:45 p.m. and until 4:30 a.m., we were still stuck in Montreal because he had to pick up someone in Longueuil, which took us at 1 and a half hours. He told us about his detour once we were in the car and nothing was mentioned in his publication. What's crazy since we were supposed to be in Ottawa at 5:00 p.m. We arrived at the first drop-off location at 6:46 p.m. for a trip that started at 2:45 p.m. the trip lasted a total of 04 hours. Very unprofessional way of managing travel."
