The ride from Ottawa to Montreal was generally smooth, but there were a couple of disappointing aspects. The car felt uncomfortably hot even though the AC was on, and the driver didn’t ask if the temperature was okay for the passengers.
Once we reached Montreal, the main route was blocked, but instead of taking an alternate free road that was open, the driver stayed stuck in traffic. This poor decision cost us an extra 45 minutes — I was supposed to arrive at 6:30 PM and ended up arriving at 7:15 PM!!!
A bit more consideration for passengers and better navigation would have made the experience much better.
