Iman was on time, he was friendly and drove safely. We were 7 passengers. The middle seats were smaller seats and less comfortable. I was in the middle seat and couldn’t pull the seat belt so I gave up and didn't put it on. The most comfortable would be the seat next to the driver or any of the window seats. Took 2.5 hours from Montreal to Ottawa. You get dropped off at a small parking lot in a central area. Charge your phone and use the toilet in advance. Safe travels!!
