"This is actually my first time ever leaving a review, which says a lot because I’ve been using the Poparide app for the past two years without any major issues—until now. Unfortunately, this was genuinely one of the worst ride experiences I’ve ever had. The driver made the decision to cram three people into the back row, which made the entire trip incredibly uncomfortable and, honestly, unsafe. I was stuck in the middle seat with absolutely no room to move my legs. It felt completely claustrophobic the entire time, and the heat in the car made it even worse—it was suffocating at points. To top it off, the person sitting next to me had extremely bad breath, which made an already miserable situation unbearable. Every second of the ride felt longer than it should have. There was no consideration for passenger comfort or basic space. I understand trying to maximize trips, but not at the expense of people’s safety and well-being.
