I had booked a ride to Ottawa, but our hotel was actually in Gatineau, and he still took us to the hotel we had booked. Since our hotel had several entrances, he went to knock on each lobby door to ask about check-in for us, then helped my husband carry the suitcases into the lobby. He made sure everything was fine and asked if we needed any further assistance before bidding us farewell. I truly feel fortunate to have been his customer. Thanks so much.
