Arpit arrived 10 minutes late at the start, then made a detour that took us 30 minutes to pick up people he charges in cash without logging the detour on the app. He then dropped them off 30 minutes away from the originally planned destination. When I mentioned that he could have at least warned us about this detour which caused a 1h delay, he never apologized. He made me be late on an appointment that cost me a lot. If you’re looking for an honest and respectful driver, stay away!
