"Viacheslav and his son were very kind and excellent drivers. The trip itself went smoothly, and they were flexible with both pickup and drop-off locations, which I really appreciated.
One small thing to note is that the app indicated there would be 5 passengers in total, but there were actually 7. This meant I ended up sitting in the middle without much legroom for the 11-hour drive. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a ride with more space.
Overall, a pleasant experience with friendly drivers — I just wish the passenger count had been clearer ahead of time."
