"She brought with her 3 of her friends without notifying me. In the app, there were only 2 seats available one I booked, and the other one stayed available. We were crowded in a tiny car our shoulders were stuck together. They made a lot of noise singing and chatting loudly. She delayed the trip for an hour. It took me 9 hours from Montreal to Toronto."
