"He probably assumed everyone speaks French. Communication was difficult as he spoke French only; it’d be nice if he would’ve asked preferred language for communication. Also, I presume it’s the traffic as he was late but it would’ve been nice to tell his passengers that he got held up and how long he’d take to arrive to reduce worry. Nonetheless he was respectful and helpful."
