i had an okay experience. the other passengers on the other hand cant say they did tho. i sat in front while they were 3 in the back. it was supposed to be a 4 person ride, cant imagine how uncomfortable it mustve been for them during 6h. he arrived 15 minutes later than he was supposed to, which isnt too bad. but he then made a stop in some neighbour hood to pick up some sketchy wrapped packages and put them in his trunk. i already had a bag infront with me and he wanted me to have another bag due to there not being so much room in the trunk (i said no). and i had confirmed with him beforehand the amount of luggage i was bringing and he said it was ok. that was something he could have done before picking us up. he was driving as if he was in a rush, tailgated a cop, when the other passenger called him out he took it offensively. they bickered over that for maybe 10 mins if not longer. at the beginning he said he could either drop off downtown or namur station, but then once in montreal it was only namur. it wasnt a TERRIBLE experience but i dont think id book from this guy again

This was hands down the worst rideshare experience I’ve ever had and I take rideshare regularly. Let’s start with the lies. The driver claimed the car wouldn’t be full that was BS. I ended up packed in the middle seat between two people, with no space at all. I’m big , and it was beyond uncomfortable. The woman to my left literally kept placing a newspaper between us like I was carrying some Ebola disease it was completely racist and offensive behavior. The other passenger wasn’t as bad as the racist one but also didn’t want me in the middle either. Nobody was comfortable, and I paid for that seat. It was a mess. Then, instead of getting on the road (we were already 30-50 minutes behind schedule), he makes a random stop in some sketchy neighborhood to pick up packages for people who weren’t even in the car. Could have been drugs guns we don’t know…Not part of the trip, not cool, and definitely not professional. We were now close to 55 minutes late. But the worst part? His driving. This idiot child was speeding, tailgating cops, weaving through traffic with no regard for safety. I told him to slow down and drive properly. Instead of apologizing like a professional, he tried to puff up on me like I was the problem. He raised his voice, got defensive, and acted tough… until I turned up on him. As soon as I checked this p*ssy he started backpedaling, claiming he was “talking to the cop, not you.” LOL get this while still driving recklessly, he tries to tap me on the leg like I’m some kid he’s trying to calm down That was the most patronizing, disrespectful thing he doesn’t know I crush people like him for fun This guy is lucky I didn’t beat his face off right then and there but I stayed calm and didn’t let it escalate further because of the other women in the car. This driver is unprofessional, unsafe, and has no business being behind the wheel with passengers. Poparide needs to reconsider who they’re letting represent their platform. Who gave this guy a license ? Avoid this man at all costs. You'll regret it

You seem nice but maybe Poparide isn’t for you. I’ve been in plenty of rides now and book based off of “can they drop me in the West Island” (verified with you) and that the car isn’t full capacity (says on your page). You asked to depart 15 min after scheduled time which is no problem. Then made us wait about 15min while you went in to use the washroom also completely fine. Then had an extra person join us claiming it was an error on Poparide… I was squished to the window and not even able to put my seat belt on for five hours. Then about 34 min from Montreal to then tell me you can’t drop me off because it’s out of the way and your in a hurry ( it’s literally on the way) I find that very unprofessional as I wouldn’t have booked not to mention we were all on time your tardiness should be put on the passengers. Not to mention recklessly driving and tailgating a cop and when the other passenger tells you to slow down you tell him to shut up which then leads to you two bickering… overall an extremely unprofessional ride.
