"Robert was punctual and polite. However, despite it being advertised otherwise, he fully booked his van and filled out the back row with three people side by side. On top of this, the center seatbelt was broken, so the person in the middle rode without a seatbelt for the entire ride. Robert was unapologetic and uncompromising, blaming a previous passenger for the broken seatbelt."
