"I had a very disappointing experience with this Paporide driver. The ad clearly stated that only two passengers would be seated in each row, but he accepted three people in the back seat. We had almost no space, and I was very uncomfortable during the ride. A woman sitting beside me kept leaning back and pushing her arms against me the whole time. I asked the driver to help by changing my seat since I’ve recently had surgery on my arm and couldn’t tolerate the pressure, but he didn’t take any action. Luckily, another passenger offered to switch seats. It was extremely unfair and unsafe. Every passenger pays the same fare, so we all deserve equal and comfortable space. This ride was absolutely unacceptable, and I hope Paporide ensures this doesn’t happen again."
