"Okay experience, would have been better not to have people talking loud in their own language. No consideration for me as a passenger. The person beside me was actually yelling, not talking. I could hear it even with my music blasted in my ear."

"Driver was late to pick up at the first location and then when we got to the second location, a passenger was 30 mins late to the pick up and we all had to wait for them which caused us to arrive in Ottawa an hour later than the ride was scheduled for. It was incredibly frustrating because at the point of the second pickup we had been in the car for an hour already and were having to wait for this final passenger knowing we’d all be late because of this extremely late passenger and the driver not leaving without them."
