"Mr Brown was unprofessional. Waited till nine to depart instead of eight. Tried messaging didn't message back whatsoever. Filled up the entire van even tho it said three people. 8 passengers for 12 hours was brutal. No leg room and was very very sore sitting not moving.Was rude to the other passengers. (Not me as I had given gratuity to Mr Brown) I would think again if you were to get in the van with me brown."
