"I booked this ride because it was advertised as 5 seats, expecting a more comfortable setup for a long Toronto–Montreal trip. However, there were 7 passengers plus the driver, with 3 people squeezed into each row. The trip was uncomfortable and not what was advertised; we were shoulders to shoulders and can barely move. I specifically chose this ride over cheaper sedan options, paying more for comfort, but ended up barely able to move for the duration of the trip. Would be nice if listings are accurate so passengers can make informed choices, especially for long-distance rides. PS: Driver was great, keeping us informed about the trip."
