"Travelled from Saint John to Montreal with this driver, and while the trip was safe, I want to share a few points about my experience. Communication with passengers was very limited, and the music was played at a very loud volume for almost the entire 9-hour drive, which made the ride uncomfortable. When I tried to have a small snack, I was told that eating in the car wasn’t allowed, so the trip felt quite long and boring. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but this was my genuine experience. I hope this helps improve future trips for other passengers."
