"Driver was not respectful of her passengers’ time
- Driver was late
- Driver picked up an additional passenger from another city.. additional stops were not mentioned on the post, nor did she inform passengers that she would be making an additional stop.
- We arrived to our destination 2.5 hours late … I will add that the 401 was closed due to an accident which I can understand can be stressful to navigate, but overall, not impressed with the service.
Hoping this feedback provides a learning opportunity for the driver."
