"I had a very disappointing experience with Jeff. I booked a ride from Ottawa to Pearson Airport and clearly mentioned my pickup and drop-off locations in advance, so my destination was known from the beginning. He never provided details about the car or license plate number, and even after asking twice, he did not respond. At pickup, he was rude and disrespectful. The worst part was that he dropped me off in the middle of the trip and demanded extra cash money to continue to Pearson Airport. I had no issue paying extra if needed, but this should have been clearly mentioned before accepting the booking, not halfway through the trip. Overall, this was very unprofessional and unreliable.
