"When I booked the ride in the app, it showed only three passengers in total. However, when I got in the car there were already three additional passengers, and the driver later picked up another person on the way. That made six passengers plus the driver in the vehicle.
The trip became very uncomfortable due to the overcrowding and I ended up with back pain. I later realized that some passengers were taken in cash and were not registered in the app, which should not happen according to the platform rules."
