"Very bad experience with this driver. The trip from Montreal to Toronto was very uncomfortable. The vehicle was a minivan, but it was clearly overcrowded: there were 3 passengers in the third row and 3 in the second row, plus someone sitting next to the driver.
We were so cramped that it was difficult to even fasten our seatbelts, which is honestly concerning for safety. I had informed the driver before booking that we wanted to be only 2 in the back, but despite that, he still accepted the reservation without respecting our request."
