"She was a good driver and provided the information timely"

"She seems nice and friendly but was 20 mins late to departure (I was 10 early there) and 1 hour late to arrival. We were supposed to leave at 2:30 but she came at 2:50. We were supposed to arrive at 7:30 but got there at around 8:30.
Stopped multiple times for fuel and washroom. The car was full with people in each seat next to each other. There were people from other apps too (didn’t let us know). Air conditioner wasn’t working at the back. Car was 8/10 clean. Radio and music were playing most of the time.
