"1. I wasn’t satisfied because he made an extra stop to pick up people from another location and he had delay which wasted our time. Instead, we should have had a proper midway stop for food and rest, but we had only a 10-minute break. 2.I expected the booking fee to be refunded to me, but he said that amount is charged by Poparide and has nothing to do with him. However, in my previous bookings, I was never charged such a fee"

"Unfortunately, I did not have a good time with Mr. Steve. And this is the first time I'm having an unpleasant ride with some years of doing rideshare. I booked with Mr. Steve based on the drop off locations listed on his profile. On the list of drop-off locations, college square was one of them and this was great because it is closer to my destination. We were already about 15mins away from College Square when I asked to confirm if that he was still stopping at college square. He responded saying that he will go downtown first before coming back to college square. I did not understand that itinerary because college square is on the way downtown and this itinerary will add extra 55mins to my trip. So I asked again if that was his normal route and he responded saying that he had all the riders their destination and everyone but me responded they were going downtown. I slept for the first half of the trip and that is when he probably asked everyone. On our way back from Downtown, I started telling him, politely how I do not think it was fair to bring me downtown when he could have just dropped me at college square. Mr. Steve just interrupted me, yelling at me and telling me to shut-up while calling me all sorts of names like Animal, Mad, Stupid and other names that sounded like that. He threatened to drop me off on the Trans Canada Highway. He said he was doing me a favour by taking me to College square. He added that it was not his fault that I was sleeping when he asked the other riders for their destination. Afterwards, he kept on talking on the phone, reading messages on the phone and making calls. When he was not on the phone, he was playing his music very loudly.. It was just both of us in his Car and I was just praying to get to my drop-off point safely. I always use poparide and I have NEVER seen this kind of behavior from any Driver. I will DEFINITELY not be taking a trip with him again as I do not believe that there is any reason to treat any human being in this manner."
