"There were both positive and negative aspects to this ride. On the positive side, the car was very spacious, clean, and had no unpleasant smells. There was no music playing, which made it easy to rest during the trip.
However, the driver was not friendly throughout the entire ride. I booked the ride for three passengers, and the app showed that there would be four people in total, not including the extra passenger who was picked up later without any prior notice. We were not informed that another passenger would be added or that the route would change, which made the situation uncomfortable. Communication could also be improved, especially sharing the license plate in advance, as the app messages take time to arrive. Additionally, the driving felt unsafe at times due to speeding and several mistakes."
