"The delay on this trip seriously impacted my plans and caused me significant extra time and financial costs. The ride was supposed to depart at 9:15 AM, but the driver only informed me at 8:04 AM that he would be late—at that point, he was still on the way from Toronto to Montreal. While he mentioned snow and traffic delays, this was clearly a foreseeable risk given how tightly he scheduled two long-distance trips back-to-back.
He initially guaranteed arrival at 10:20 AM (already over an hour late), but only showed up at 10:25 AM. When I expressed that this had severely disrupted my schedule, he responded rudely and raised his voice, saying the weather was out of his control. That may be true, but poor planning is not.
After arriving, he further delayed departure, waiting for two additional passengers from another platform. This felt extremely unprofessional. The car did not actually leave until 10:44 AM.
Throughout the drive, the driver was frequently on the phone—handling personal matters or chatting—which gave no sense of urgency or effort to make up for lost time.
Overall, this experience was highly disappointing due to poor planning, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful communication. I would not recommend this driver."
