"Stephen arrived more than an hour late for pick up and was very unfriendly. i will not recommend him to anyone as he poorly communicated and was unapologetic despite several messages that i sent to him. He even claimed that he was expecting a response from me. i asked if i could be dropped off at a particular please and is fine if not but he responded that he will only stop at 2 destinations. this was fine by me but to say that he was late because I didn't talk further after i have paid for the trip was totally unprofessional. As a first time user of Poparide, I was so dissapointed by the service and will rather take a train or the city bus so that i don't miss my appointments."
