"The driver was polite and drove safely; however, he was not the person shown in the photo. The two hours was uncomfortable because I had to sit in the middle seat, which was not comfortable. There was a passenger who was speaking loudly and continuously on the phone, and I believe it is the driver’s responsibility to ask passengers to respect others. It will avoid conflicts. Additionally, the driver stopped at the YUL airport, which was not mentioned beforehand, and we arrived with a one-hour delay."
