I felt comfortable and secure, and I enjoyed her company and her taste in music, which I share. Communicating with Rossy was extremely easy . Her messages were clear and direct and her response time was very quick, which helped us as we moved up the time of the trip as she was running early and I wanted to get home. Rossy really went above and beyond for me. A problem came up for me during the ride and she quickly got us to a road stop and helped me deal with my issue calmly and efficiently.
