"Was 1 hour late. Called him at 10pm (the pick up time) when he wasn’t there, he said he was going to be 30 mins late, which I didn’t mind. At 10:30, I called him again, and he said he was going to arrive at 11pm because he was “taking a break.” No apologies or sorry, seemed like he did not care. Normally I would not care so much, but it was very cold and the Tim’s in Kingston was close so I had to wait 1 hour outside in the cold. When we were driving, he looked tired and was swerving a lot, had a couple of scary emergency breaks. It was stressful during the whole ride to Toronto. Would not recommend."
