Robin was late for pick up by 15 minutes would not drop us off at our request to drop off location and my girlfriend’s father had to come pick us up in Rutland 30 minutes from Kelowna where it said we were going to the map said the drop off location was in downtown Kelowna and the ride description was very confusing as it said pick up location was in Rutland and drop off location was in anywhere downtown Kamloops and he picked us up from Kamloops and dropped us off in Rutland and the map said we were going to Kelowna

It was my first poparide experience ever and it was great! Robin is a great person and a very careful driver. He was quite on time for pick up and dropped everyone off at their convenient locations. The road condition wasn’t good, but he was really cautious and patient while driving. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the drive. Would definitely like to book my next ride with him!
