Oleks is a very good person with a humanistic character. I made a reservation for my brother who just crossed the USA border from the Niagara Falls side, and my brother doesn’t speak English and isn’t very familiar with the city. Oleks went to pick him up and dropped him off at the exact address of his destination. I really appreciated this gesture.
