"I mistakenly booked Ottawa instead of Gatineau, but noted we needed drop-off at our final destination. Near arrival, I asked the driver to stop so my young daughter could use the restroom, leaving two sleeping children in the car. I returned to find he had left them outside with our bags, without my consent. Abandoning minors in an unfamiliar city is reckless, unsafe, and completely unacceptable."
