"While the trip was safe and pleasant when it finally happened, and the driver was courteous and conscientious, the timeliness of the driver was lacking. He offered and I accepted for him to pick me up an hour before the trip was scheduled, but he didn’t show up. He finally arrived seven minutes after the scheduled trip time and offered no explanation or apology. That, I found, unprofessional."
