"1. Aucune ponctualité : 45 minutes de retard dès le départ.
2. Communication inexistante : j’ai envoyé un message et passé un appel, aucune réponse.
3. Sécurité compromise : le conducteur, Albert, a accepté 6 autres covoitureurs avec énormément de bagages. Résultat : coffre plein à ras bord. Problème, j’étais assis au milieu et juste derrière ma tête il y avait une grosse valise. En cas de choc frontal, cette valise aurait foncé comme un boulet de canon dans ma nuque.
👉 Conclusion : c’était le pire trajet que j’ai fait. Aucun respect des horaires, aucune communication, et surtout un manque total de sécurité. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce conducteur."

"The price for a large luggage was comparatively high compared to the other drivers in which the driver mentioned 20$ in the trip description for a large luggage but he charged me 30$ which was disappointing. Overall the trip was good and I hope the driver will charge the luggage fees as described in future."
