"B4 booking I told him, I have a medium luggage, he said np go ahead n book. Afterward, once I arrived at the pickup spot, he asked for 20$ cash, and if I wanted the ride, I had no choice but to pay him. He told another girl in the car to meet him at Berri, he didn't go there. Called her and said he's at Namur now, made her come there by metro. Made the entire van wait until she arrived. He didn't approve her in the app, but when she arrived, he asked for cash. He was a safe driver and got us to the destination, but he seemed shady. I didn't appreciate that he was not upfront and honest. I tried to locate a customer service # for poparide but didn't find one."
