"Overall he is good driver. But he needs to have and give clarity to the customers about the ride timing. He kept on delaying it for almost 35-40 mins, that makes a huge difference. If you are late by 5-10 mins, its understandable. But that much time, is quite bothersome for the customers, especially if you are going to job or work."
