"The ride overall was okay. The driver dropped us off at the Tim Hortons near our original destination as requested, which we appreciated. However, the communication around timing could have been better. The original plan was to leave Regina at 9:00 AM, but the day before, he changed the departure time to 8:30 AM and said he would pick us up at 8:20. On the morning of the trip, he messaged at 8:24 saying he was on his way, but he didn’t arrive until 8:48. When he arrived, he mentioned being delayed because of a train. It would have been nice to be informed about the delay sooner, especially after moving the departure time earlier than planned. Time is valuable, and clear communication makes a big difference. Overall, the ride was fine, but improved punctuality and communication would help."

"I wouldn’t recommend this rider. He booked only 30 minutes before departure and still expected a home pickup, which wasn’t possible as pickup points were already set with other passengers. He also asked to be dropped off near downtown Edmonton, about 15–20 km from the agreed drop-off location. During the trip, I made a stop at a gas station but found the washrooms unclean, so I stopped at a nearby Burger King instead. When I asked both riders if they wanted to use the washroom, he ignored me. I asked him directly, and he replied “no” with clear attitude. He also left his drink cup and tissues in the car, showing no regard for cleanliness. Overall, the rider was disrespectful and did not follow basic ride etiquette or Poparide expectations."
