Zanib is a fun and interesting person and a great conversationalist who kept us engaged throughout the journey from Fort McMurray to Edmonton.
However, my friends and I felt very unsafe during the ride. She was frequently distracted, often holding the steering wheel with one hand despite challenging driving conditions that included fog, snow, and traffic. At times, she even took both hands off the wheel, causing the car to swerve and momentarily lose control.
Additionally, she frequently used her phone while driving, including in situations with oncoming traffic, which further compromised her focus on the road. While we appreciated her effort to stop occasionally to clean the car’s lights for better visibility, the overall lack of attention and poor vehicle control made the trip very uncomfortable and unsafe.
