"Venkata was late due to traffic but he also communicated everything that was going on and kept me updated throughout the whole experience. He also didn’t hesitate to drop me off right at my house. He had a couple phone calls throughout the drive that were a bit loud at first but it seemed like he turned it down after a bit. Over all the ride wasn’t bad and I get there safely. Would poparide with Venkata again!"

"I booked a ride with Venkata ahead of time and confirmed that the pickup location was Yorkdale Mall at 4:00 PM. He arrived 45 minutes late, only to inform me that he was already in Scarborough and could not return to pick me up. I asked him to cancel the trip through the app, but instead he sent me an e-transfer and left it at that. I then had to arrange another ride at the last minute, which caused a significant delay and inconvenience for me. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend booking with him. I’d rather pay a bit more and go with someone reliable who actually sticks to the plan."

"Venkata was 35 minutes late for the pickup. Additionally, he drove 20-32 mph over the speed limit throughout the entire drive, while peering over frequently at something playing on his phone in his center console, according to the passenger next to him. He passed many cars, driving in the dark. I did not feel very safe. He also played a very loud and obnoxious podcast (?) In a different language that at 9pm can be mildly insufferable."
