"Overall, it’s okay. But the driver kept playing music out loud at a very high volume and making phone calls throughout the whole ride, so the experience wasn’t very pleasant."

"This was by far the worst ride I've ever seen. The driver showed up in a completely different vehicle than the one on the photo. His van was shockingly filthy and smelly inside, with stains and dust all over the interior, and even some cigarette butts on the floor. The front passenger seat, where I sat, had a broken safety belt that was loose and did not retract. It was tied into a knot to reduce its length, but was still too long and provided no safety whatsoever. We were 10 minutes late departing Ottawa because, even though all the passengers had already been seated in the vehicle, the driver was having a lengthy chat with a group of his friends outside. After the departure the driver was frequently speeding on the highway, sometimes reaching speeds of just under 140 km/h. During the ride he checked his phone a number of times, holding it just below the wheel. At one point he even answered a video call from a woman, and stayed on this call for a few minutes, holding the phone near the wheel in his left hand. While his driving was smooth and confident, the overall experience was simply appalling, and completely unbecoming of the standards expected within this community"
