"As per usual, Umar was fantastic.
I have taken several trips with him and it always goes smoothly. He did run late on today’s ride - BUT! - it’s because of snow and slick road conditions causing a delay; which was completely outside of his control. So no fault to him for that. He told me immediately when he was going to run a bit late, when to meet him and was great with communicating the new updates to the trip schedule.
