"I traveled from Montreal to Toronto and overall, my experience with the driver was excellent. He was very kind, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout the trip. However, I had a bad experience with some passengers. I don’t usually say this kind of thing, but there were passengers with very strong body odor, which made the entire bus smell quite bad and made the journey uncomfortable. There were also several people talking loudly the entire time, and one person next to me was playing something on their phone at full volume, which made it very difficult to rest. I understand that passenger behavior is not entirely under the driver’s control, but I believe that in situations like this, some intervention could help maintain a more respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. Aside from that, everything related to the driver’s service was excellent."
