"This ride waaay more than it should've taken. He was late at the posted pick-up location, and after that, he went for a 4th person to a completely different pick-up location. This took very long, and it wasn't informed beforehand. Then he stopped for gas, and almost an hour later, we were just getting out of Calgary in Banff direction. This was a waste of time, making the arrival time SO late. Is disrespectful to not inform passengers about multiple stops. Wouldn't recommend."
